October 2026
- System status page. A public status page at govguard.com/status shows current availability, scheduled maintenance and past incidents. The site footer shows the live status.
August 2026
- Cleaner uploads. Operating-system files (such as .DS_Store and Thumbs.db) are now skipped automatically when you upload a folder.
July 2026
- Closing a request stops its scans. When a request is closed, any document scans still running for it are cancelled.
- New request details. New requests can record the requester's name and, where enabled, a link to the request in your intake system.
- Email archives organized by thread. Email archives (PST) are split into one section per conversation thread, and duplicate copies of the same message are recognized and skipped.
- Release rules across a request. A release decision can now apply across an entire request, or to every address at an email domain.
